You agree not to use Pushie for illegal activities, spam, abuse, harassment, or to disrupt service. We will suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You are responsible for your account security and any activity under your username. You are also responsible for managing who you give access to. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We are not liable for breaches of your account.
Notifications are not guaranteed to be delivered. Pushie is provided as-is. We make no warranty that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your needs. Notifications may be delayed or lost due to network issues, device unavailability, or other technical reasons. This service is not suitable for mission-critical alerts where guaranteed delivery is essential.
All notifications are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Your account information is kept as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 7 days.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from your use of Pushie. If you are unhappy with the service, your only remedy is to stop using it.
We may terminate your account at any time for violating these terms or for any reason. You may delete your account anytime through your settings. Deleted accounts have their data removed within 7 days.
